What we’re looking for, from you:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, either as a mortgage agent or as a mortgage rep at a bank or other financial institution
- Demonstrated track record of achievement
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and honesty
- Professional attitude including a business plan and marketing plan
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Enthusiasm about working on 100% commission, knowing that your drive will allow you to exceed your income goals each year
